Description

Holiday Vacation Condominiums is centrally located to all of the Cape's wonderful attractions. The indoor pool provides year-round swimming. During the warmer months, relax by the resort's new outdoor pool.

In nearby Hyannis, from July through Labor Day, you can see theater-in-the-round at the Melody Tent or take a harbor tour that offers a view of the Kennedy family's summer home. Whale-watching tours are popular from early April through late October. Unique shops and fabulous restaurants are all close by, and you will love the New England charm and hospitality of the area. Take a day trip into Boston to visit historical sites and museums, and have chowder on the harbor wharf.

Cape Cod has been a favorite vacation destination for generations, and you will see why families return year after year.

This resort takes BASIC to a whole new level. The place is immaculate and the pool and hot tub are lovely but that is about it. The one bedroom sleeps four was probably what should be considered a studio sleeps 2. Fortunately we were only two. The sheets are made of sandpaper and there was a plastic covering on the mattress The pillows were horrible. The furniture is very small, very small the TV is tiny and in the 'living room' and the couch was perpendicular to the tv and the other chairs were dining chairs. The couch was not long enough to lie down on. The coffee table was about 12" by 12". They gave us two towels. There was no houskeeping at all. If you wanted more towels you had to ask, you had to put your own garbage outside etc. The office staff was not friendly.

Holiday Vacation Condominiums is a basic resort. There are no extras, but it is centrally located and you can easily get to the beaches, to Boston, to Plimoth Plantation or anywhere else on the cape. We stayed in June of 2008 and found it clean and the staff friendly.
