Odessa Wharf

Have just spent a week in a one bedroom unit and had a great time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is a little way out of the centre of London but only a short walk to a good bus service. Unit was roomy and the Thames lapped at the bottom of the balcony.

This is an awesome resort. We just returned from a five day stay here. May 2005. We stayed in the two bedroom townhouse which is just magnificant. It was very comfortable for a family of five.

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Their is a pub and food shops nearby. As well as a large shopping centre about 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend this resort if your looking for a spacious, clean, friendly place to stay in London.

Our family of 4 stayed at Odessa Wharf in June 2004. The staff are accommodating and offer periodic transportation to the tube station. From there, we were able to visit all of London. The units are spacious for London and well furnished. A shopping mall and restaurants are close at hand. We recommend this without question as an alternative to expensive hotels.

An excellent resort with easy access to all that London has to offer.

The staff are more than friendly and go out of their way to help (for example we arrived at the tube station after the last shuttle bus having visited the theatre and the security guard on duty picked us up in his car to save us getting a taxi and would accept no money). We are just about to return for our second visit and this time we are taking some close friends with us, we would not be doing that if we did not like it first time.

The apartments are stylish and comfortable (both do not always apply) and are in my opinion done in a high class Ikea style (the resort is Danish in design and also staffed by some Danish people.)

The Ship and Whale Pub next door is a classic, the food is good and very reasonably priced and the landlord and lady are as friendly as you can get, following our visit last year they offered to take us to a local comedy club the next night (unfortunately we could not go). If you are visiting from abroad and want to sample a typical English pub this is your place.

Basically if you are looking for a base in London you have found it!
