Atlantic Club Campanario Calahonda

Stayed here one night as a hotel rental and wasn't significantly impressed on a couple of points.

Reception was very friendly and the reception area was quite nicely decorated. My expectation of the 2 bedroom apartment was a bit higher based on this intial impression.

The apartment appeared quite nice upon entry with marble floors and more formal appearance than most beach-type resorts. Kitchen items standard for a resort were not included (such as dish detergent, paper towels, etc), and there was a two burner top for cooking.

The apartment was very cold and we figured out how to get the fan on (you're given a remote for the TV and the A/C when you check in) to warm the room up. It just never felt sufficiently warm, so we used the two space heaters located in the bedrooms as well.

Can't speak to amenities since I was only there one night, but the cost for the computer was a little high (1 euro for 9 minutes). The mattresses need to be replaced as these gave absolutely ZERO back support. The bedrooms appeared very forlorn and lackluster. Glad it was only for one night as a week would have proven to be a big disappointment to me.
