Description

Playa Park is located in Corralejo, approximately 1 kilometre from the famous sand dunes which form a National Park. The beach is famous for windsurfing and world championships have been held here. Facilities at the resort include gymnasium, massage room, squash and swimming pool, for those who want to keep fit on holiday and a small night club with bar and restaurant for those who prefer the night-life. A car is recommended in this peaceful location.

We stayed here in June 2002 as an RCI bonus week. We were meant to be at the El Palmeral Beach Club but were moved here 4 days before leaving as there was a problem at the Beach Club. the apartment was pretty basic and in need of refurbishment, I think they were in the process of doing this. The kitchen facilities were non existent, a pan to boil water, no kettle, toaster , etc. (We might have been put in a non timeshare apt. due to us being moved at the last minute) The resort was on the outskirts of Corralejo and about a 20-25 minute walk to the centre. The sanddunes were close to the resort.
