Good for families, and very friendly people. We had a good week here but you do need a car and air conditioning would be a wise investment for the resort! It is murder without it I had to sleep on the balcony and got bitten to bits!

The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was very clean and attractive although the furniture is past due for replacement. We appreciated the washer. With a car we did not find the location inconvenient as it is close to Marbella. However do not stay here if you wish to sleep at night! There is no air conditioning and no window screens to keep the mosquitoes out, but worst of all is the extreme noise at night from the full time ownership people! Theoretically, the bar (with live entertainment) closes before midnight, but the regulars sit around outside for hours afterward shouting, laughing & generally carrying on while not supervising their children who run screaming around the swimming pools (one of which is 9 feet deep!) in the dark. In one week, the earliest the noise abated was about 2 am - 4 am was not unusual. The morning ruckus started about 6 am. The resort does have rules - in fact you are given a whole book of them when you check in - but there is no management on site at night to enforce any of them. When we enquired about this, we were informed that it is the owners that cause the trouble and they are regularly given written notice to "control themselves". This is a shame, because with air conditioning and enforcement this could be a very pleasant place.

Myself and my family visited this resort in July 2002 and as owners of timeshare in USA and having previously visited other resorts in Spain were extremely disappointed at the quality and standard of this resort. The location is out of the way and really does require the use of a car. The bar/snack bar closes at midnight. The resort has building work happening nearby and the complex itself remains unfinished !!! Dont Go !!!
