Kiara Resort

Set on a lovely mountain side, the Kiara Resort borders on the the magnificent Golden Gate Highlands National Park. The area boasts numerous arts and crafts galleries, as well as many adventure sporting activities such as clay pigeon shooting, 4x4 trails, abseiling and white water rafting. The resort is a mere three-hour drive from Johannesburg.

Other facilities at the resort includes a pub, pool table, outdoor chess, putt-putt and Bushman paintings. Tourist attractions close to the resort includes the Golden Gate National Park, the town of Clarens which has 14 art galleries, many craft and coffee shops, as well as Surrender Hill which is 25km away.

Alert Notes: Please note: Should your unit have a fireplace, you can purchase wood from the curio shop on the resort; There is no canoeing allowed on the dam as it is only for bass fishing; All units have hairdryers; Laundry is available for wash and fold only. ******** Unit Assignment: The resort has the right to assign a different unit of the same occupancy to the one originally allocated. Should a unit number not appear on your reservation letter, one will be assigned to you by the resort on arrival.
