Florida Vacation Villas offers 58 fully equipped one-, two- and three-bedroom timeshare condos complete with full kitchen, living room, large bedroom(s) and washer/dryer in select units. All villas come with two TVs, VCR and cable TV.
One-bedroom villas sleep four and provide a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom villas sleep six and offer a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds or a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Three-bedroom villas sleep eight and offer a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofas in the studio and living areas.
Florida Vacation Villas is located in the center of area attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants, but privately located off the main travel ways. I visited this resort several times and found it to be a marvelous vacation spot. A center courtyard has a pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, & picnic area - just steps from the surrounding units. This is one of the most "owner-friendly" resorts I've ever visited - you feel like you're visiting your own family. Location is marvelous-just off Hwy 192 in the center of everything - restaurants within walking distance - many more within a mile - Disney just a couple of miles.

This resort is ideally located. It has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for 4 people. The only thing I feel negativly about is the condition. These are older units and could use better maintanence. It is still a solid value and beats a hotel anyday.
