This development consists of 6 one-bedroom apartments located on the shores of Lough Derg, in east Clare, and is designed by Michael Lucey one of Ennis's top architects. In order to construct on the shores of Lough Derg, which is situated in the heart of one of Irelands most environmentally friendly areas, Michael has succeeded in blending a modern architectural design with a rustic feel into natural surroundings.

Each apartment has its own private mooring with a communal laundry facility and barbecue area. The apartment itself has a modern, well-appointed kitchen/living/dining area downstairs with a private patio. Upstairs there is an open plan bedroom and bathroom with a double and single bed. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed if necessary.

This spectacular shoreline development is approximately 22 miles from Ennis, only 1 mile from the town of Scarriff and 4 miles from the picturesque village of Mountshannon, both of which are well served with pubs, shops and restaurants. Recreation in the area includes bountiful fishing on Lough Derg, tackle and boats can be hired locally, lake cabin cruisers for exploring the lake and islands are also available.

There are equestrian centres to suit all tastes and two golf courses within 4 and 8 miles. The heritage town of Killaloe is only 15 miles from the apartments, and there are plenty of interesting routes in the locality for the walking and cycling enthusiast. At all times you are never more than a couple of hours drive away from the west coast of Clare and all it has to offer.
