The Gardens resort is one of Orlando's best alternative-lifestyle resorts catering primarily to gay and lesbian guests. The Rock Lake location, right next to the legendary Parliament House, is perfect for both partying and relaxing. The Gardens features five nightclubs, shopping and dining facilities, multiple saunas and spas, a large fitness center, a lagoon-style pool complete with waterfalls, hot tubs, and more.

One bedroom timeshare units feature two full baths, with a whirlpool tub and king-size bed in the master bedroom. Two bedroom units offer two-and-a-half baths with the master bedroom having a two-man color-changing whirlpool tub, and a giant glass block enclosed five-man ultra shower with multi-shower heads. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath.

All units at The Gardens resort are equipped with a full kitchen with eat-in bar and granite counter tops, high speed Internet, big screen 46" TV in the living room, 27" TV in each bedroom, and washer/dryer.

Phase one opened in April 2006. Two additional phases are in the works and will take approximately three years to complete.
