Whispering Rock Resort is located in Arizona's South Mountain Park, the largest municipal park in the world measuring 17,000 acres. The area is a place for deep relaxation and natural rugged splendor situated on near-by historic and now-forgotten Indian hunting grounds, mineral mines, rocky canyons, mysterious rock art and isolated springs. very beautiful place--i enjoyed every part of it-- the kitchen was huge and had everything you would need in a kitchen. very relaxing

Very Disappointing! Now known as "Aristar Resort Club South Mountain Preserve".
Odd location, strange units- very few cupboards in the kitchen and they are so high that you need a chair to reach the second and third shelves (I am 5'6")- same for the microwave. Units were not clean and were not well maintained. The sinks in the MBR were so high that you had to stand on your tiptoes to wash your face. No water pressure in the MBR shower and you freeze in it since it has no shower curtain- had to use the second bath to shower. Rewashed all the linens, as they were not clean. Checkout is early- 10am?
