This beautiful beachfront resort is conveniently located within walking distance to the Marina and downtown nightlife -- a rare combination of both convenience and luxury!
One Bedroom Deluxe Suite available with ocean view facing the pool. Equipped with one king-size bed, one queen-size sofa in the living room, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, mini refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, iron, hair- dryer, and safe-deposit box. It offers the convience of a hotel, but the comforts of home.
This property boasts an amazing, modern spa and four restaurant options -- something for everyone! Foodies must try the rooftop restaurant -- order the lobster! The restaurant offers an amazing view of the arch.

This rating is for the RCI exchange units. We checked in around April, 2007. The resort was packed. The streets were all under construction (not the resorts fault) but it was noisy and dirty.
The RCI units are in the BASEMENT (read again, RCI Exchanges are in the basement). The manager was very nice and told us he hates when he has the RCI exchanges and a full resort for interval, as he knows long before we even get to the room we will be back at the front desk. There was nothing he could do for us, although I give the guy an A+ for his wonderful disposition.
We used points to secure a one bedroom. This one bedroom was smaller than any studio I own or ever have stayed in. It was nice and neat, but the bed was surrounded by small wooden mini blinds so to call it a one bedroom. Right next door was a studio, same size with much lower point value, without the mini blind around the bed.
The resort was under constuction as well, and the spa, etc were "all to come" too late for us. I made do at the small spa set up again in the basement (studio) room and the women that did the treatments were really nice and wonderful.
The food was gross. We attended a T/S presentation and the silverware was dirty and the overall resturaunt very dirty. This is a suprise for mexico as the resturaunts are typically very clean.
The T/S was low pressure, and I am sure they knew that with all of the construction, high volume of crowd, and dirt flying through the air, they just did not stand a chance. They knew we were RCI members and told us that the hotel is mostly interval (II) and did show us a model of a room which looked nice although not for us.
The whole area of Cabo is getting so built up, it has lost most of its charm.
II members and owners may do better at this resort, but I would suggest RCI exchangers look elsewhere.

Stayed in an executive 2 bedrooms/3 bath suite. the Stay was incredible. Unit was ample and with all the luxuries expected from a 5 star hotel. Designer touches throught. gourmet kitchen had granite counters stainless steel appliances. the master bedroom had ample storage in dark wood closets an enclosed toilet, shower and deep large jetted tub with with details to numerous to cover. An all glass wall seperated the living room with its large sofa and itsbig Hd flat panel TV from its own private terrace that pananramic ocean front view. The glass could be folded to the sides leaving the living room opened to and making it part of the terrace.Terrace had a lounge area of its own and a Whirl Spa for four. As mentioned the view was a panaramic ocean front view that include the coast towards San Jose, a right in front view of El Arco to the right the harbor entry point to town. Being and early riser I enjoyed a sunrise with El Arco to one side, with me in the tub every morning. It was spectacular. In the evening we enjoyed all the craziness going on at the beach at Mango's, the Office and the rest of the party places. Caught fireworks on a couple of nights from the other nearby resorts like Pueblo bonito Rose and Blanco. The resort is A-1 and is located 10 walking distance to the doqwntown happenings including the Mall, and the harbor. Beach is only 150 feet in front of this resort. Staff is great and they keep the place nice. What can I say but can't wait to get back next year.

I cant bash the place to bad because my friend gave me his bonus week for $450 with 1 days notice and got me in. I paid an extra $70 and tipped Mosses $20 and got a hot tub room. Hey tell Mosses he still owes me my $10 change.
The place is the perfect location if you want to be on the beach close to Mango Deck & The office. It is a 1 minute walk. The building is mediocre but alot of that could be blamed on all the nearby construction. It is 12:30am and they are still working next door pouring cement.
The good things: The security staff is great and make you feel safe. Valet and regular parking is free if you rent a car. The restaurant on the roof has good food with a great view. The Mexican party on Wednesday was fun too. The maid service was as good as any, and every day which was nice. The internet was free but only worked wireless on the patio.
The bad stuff: At check in they hustled us to sign up for the timeshare presentation when we thought we were checking in. The pool guy only gives you one towel per person and I like to have 2 or 3 when I go to the beach. The construction is nonstop next door... All day and all night sometimes. Hot tub was not too hot but the pool was warm. Beds are a little hard and the water pressure sucks and takes a while to get hot. No food after 10:30pm, not even room service so stock up.
The location made up for the lack in services at the resort. Get a good deal on a week and you will get hat you paid for.

This resort is in the best location in Cabo. It's located on the only swimable beach (Medano) and is walking distance to the Marina and Downtown. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have granite bathrooms and kitchens. Almost all of the rooms have waterviews. The service is excellent. Waiting for the new gym to be finished (they haven't even started) I went in September 2007 and March 2007. FYI - several restaurants close for the entire month of September (low season).

We stayed here on our bonus week. Loved it. Very personsonable service. Wonderful location. 3rd building will open in Jan 2007. Construction will be limited. Food is great. Ask how much it is before getting into a cab.
Enjoy!
