WorldMark Midway in Midway, Utah is slated to open in late June or early July 2006. There are 12 existing units that belong to the Wintergreen Resort, a traditional fixed week timeshare. TrendWest purchased the remaining four existing units and has constructed an additional 32 units (four buildings), as well as an office/checkin/recreation/pool building.
The resort sits on the Homestead Golf Course and near the Homestead Crater, the only warm water scuba diving destination in the continental US, and Soldier Hollow, home of the cross-country ski events at the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics.
