The Resort has 32 villas, each with 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 individual beds, 1 sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator, living room, 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub), 2 terraces, private garden with hammock, satellite TV, telephone, safe and all around air-conditioning. The appeal lays in the privacy of the spacious 2-bedroom units that are adjacent the 9-hole par-35 golf course. Each unit has a large front and back grass yards, separated from the neighbouring property by tall hedges. Air conditioned comfort awaits you after your round of golf, and your family is completely secure within the fenced and gated community.

The property includes the broad expanse of 5 miles of soft sandy beach washed by gentle ocean waves. The beach is safe for swimming, being protected from ocean swells by a prominent headland to the southwest. A visit here will give you an idea of what retirement or extended stays in Costa Rica might be like for you. The open-air dining room and amenities complex (supermarket and disco) serves as the social focal-point, and it looks out on the large attractive pools which in turn overlooks the tennis courts and first tee of the golf course. The weather here is just wet enough to keep the course and gardens green and full of flowers, without being persistently damp. The course itself is a delightful expression of the gardeners' art! There is plenty to do in this area, and a nearby all- inclusive resort will admit you to their facilities (including a casino) if you wish some diversion. The village of Tambor with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away.
