La Parata

These superior holiday apartments and villas at La Parata in Mojacar Playa, Spain consist of 130 privately owned villas and pretty little pueblo style apartments. All of the units are either first or ground floor and have a balcony from the main living room.

The apartments are well built with very spacious facilities, either one bedroom with one bathroom or two bedrooms with one bathroom or two bedrooms with one bathroom and a shower room. They all have a large lounge, which can sleep another two people, dining table, chairs and a sofa. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and some have doors that lead to small balconies. The spacious fitted kitchens have a full gas cooker. The units have oil filled electric radiators, which can be moved from room to room.

There is a security deposit of €40 to be paid on collection of the keys. Unfortunately there are no televisions at the Resort. The beach is a five minute drive away. The Resort is ideal for the independent tourist who likes to mingle with the locals. Unfortunately single sex parties are not accepted at this Resort. On the site there are English speaking resident, caretakers and management.
