The units are nicely furnished with the furnishings high end. But the rooms are small ! I hardly any room for a suitcase in the bedrooms. You can't be claustrophobic and stay in any of the rooms for less than a minute. The halls leading to the timeshare units are thankfully adequate size and do provide relief for the phobic type like me.

Excellent location, great accommodations and truly a Ski-in/out place, I enjoyed staying at The Hyatt Mountain Lodge very much, even though the rooms are small they are very nice, it is all I expected.

An awesome place! I've stayed at some of the nicest hotels and timeshares around the world, and this is near the top of my list. It represents luxury at its finest--beautifully furnished and decorated common areas and rooms, a superb location, and great staff.

Our two bedroom unit was huge, had three televsions, dvd, vcr, and stereo, huge bathrooms, and the most comfortable beds we've ever been in. It came with plush Hyatt bathrobes, the finest toiletries, a jacuzzi style tub in the master bathroom, along with a large glassed in shower area. Everything in the unit and the building was upscale, from the granite countertops, to the fine furniture and rugs, and big screen tv in the shared media room near the lobby.

The unit had everything we could possibly want, and the list of things just goes on and on, from the big things to the smallest of details: a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, an iron and ironing board, a humidifier, in-room safe, ceiling fans, a deck overlooking a beautiful courtyard, with a heated pool, and hot tubs. Little details they paid attention to as well, like they thoughtfully supplied three small boxes of detergent, extra paper towels, tissues, dish soap, a brand new sponge, plenty of lighting, a magnifying mirror, reading materials, multiple phones, lights on dimmers, etc. We wish we could live in a place like this!

The location can't be beat--right in the heart of the Beaver Creek village. It is a very short walk (one level down via stairs or the outdoor escalators) from the ice rink and restaurants, and just down the street a few hundred feet from the Villar Performing Arts center. We were there in the fall before ski season, and walked the two minutes or so to the Park Hyatt, where we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at the base of the ski slope, and made "Smores" with the kids. Also used the spa there--very nice! In ski season, it seems like it would be a great place to stay. Not technically ski- in, ski-out, but a very quick trip--a shorter walk than I've ever had when parking at any ski area!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I used the workout room and was suitably impressed--a very nice selection of cardio equipment, machines, and some free weights. I'd go again in a minute, and in fact, hope to get there again soon if only for a weekend or mid-week getaway.

The Hyatt Mountain House is spectacular with all the amenities including pool, 3 spas, media room, fitness center, complimentary breakfast - all FREE with your lodging. The location can't be beat and the concierge service is truly remarkable. Free underground parking, fireplaces, internet service, ski valet service . . . what else could anyone want. This is the ideal family lodging in conjunction with free shuttle service anywhere around the village and to Vail center.
