Beautiful location across the fwy from beach, private separate entry to building, extremely large well maintained rooms, very nice amenities. I've stayed elsewhere too, I'm a happy (proud) owner. Family conflict means you can rent my week.

what a disappointment! we traded our fabulous cabo resort thru II for this place. it is a 5-star flop. will never trust interval ratings again. train tracks between you and beach, and rv parking blocks view of beach. very busy highway. units are small, outdated. carpet and furnishings very pedestrian. complained to II and at least got our week back
