This would be a nice to place to stay during the ski season. Much of the resort is shut down or on limited time schedule during the summer. The area has a lot to offer during the summer so it is too bad the resort does not take advantage of that. We hiked and played the beautiful golf course. Also many lakes and water falls in the region. It would have been nice if the spa area of the Grand Summit Resort was open. We were sent to the mountain spa about 1/4 mile away that was too hot to enjoy because of the sunroom that the inside pool was in. Not enough ventilation. Our 1 bedroom loft was nice and was clean. We would go back in the summer because the area is beautiful and we liked the golf course, but it would be nice if they really put more effort into drawing a summer crowd. There is potential.
