Just returned from a week here...the room was awful! The the room was not clean air conditioner kept us up at night, and is just a converted motel. The other rooms that fact the ocean looked much nicer. The staff is nice and the beach was nice but would have cost like $10/hour to rent a chair and umbrella to sit there - but it was a great beach to walk. Not a lot going on in Cocoa Beach but if I ever went back, I'd stay somewhere else.

I own week 13 at this resort and compared to many others, this is just a 3. It is a converted hotel that is directly on the beach which is awesome. The 2 pools are heated and the main pool has a great snack bar as well as 6 bbq's to cook your daily fish catch! Our 1 bedroom is 2 hotel rooms put together. The tennis courts are great, a great onsight restaurant and close to all things.

We have visited this resort for 3 years now and love it.The beach was nice and the pools are great when one is really busy you can go down to the other pool. Then at night relax in the hot tub. The workers and other guests are the best. We look foward to this year.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The beach is gorgeous, the two pools were very nice, the snack bar had good food at reasonable prices. The unit was clean and bright, and the rooms were cleaned for us midweek, too, which was a really nice surprise. We are really looking forward to returning next year! This is our first experience renting from redweek, and it has been AWESOME. Thank you!

I rented a week at this timeshare May of 2003 and was not very impressed. The Units are converted Motel rooms and the pools are very small. The location on the beach is what gives this resort if you can call it that my 3 star rating. The staff was nice and there was secured parking. I would look elsewhere next time Im going to Cocoa Beach.

We used to live in Cocoa Beach and had the opportunity to buy timeshare weeks at Ocean's Landings.
We took advantage of the weeks for holiday and family. Our friends and family always enjoyed staying there. Gregory's restaurant was great, as was the beach.
Then we moved to Maui! While we waited for 3 months for our condo here to close, we exchanged the many weeks we had banked! The best part was that we lived virtually rent free ($89 for the week exhcange!!) for almost 2 months in timeshares that sell for $25K to $30K a week here on Maui!
It was absolutely a lifesaver and so much fun!!! Now that we are here on Maui, we no longer need the timeshare!
Check out our listing! You too can enjoy paradise whenever you want! We have weeks 10 and 11.
Aloha!

Just spent my first week at Ocean Landings and I was very pleased. Activities are offered everyday for both adults and kids, including arts & crafts, live animals and more. The beach is HUGE and uncrowded, at least when I was there (Aug 17-23). The staff is the nicest I've seen and I used to travel for a living. Comedy club on site offers a great show. Gregory's restaurant is excelent. This isn't the fanciest or newest timeshare around, but it also isn't as expensive as others. Cocoa Beach offered some great seafood all week long. Plus, the deli accross the street delivers to your room. Can't wait to go back next year.
