Sutherland Crossing is like no other Timeshare I have been to in Florida.

1st - these are not condo's. They are more like cottages as they are all separate units that stand alone. Plenty of covered parking beneath the unit for 2 cars. The unit I was in had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and was very comfortable for my family of 5.

2nd Full kitchen and washer/dryer are a must for a family on vacation and this unit had it all.

3rd Fireplace, TV's, screened in patio/porch. The kids loved the observation deck on top of the unit.

4rth A nature lovers paradise. This place is tucked in a nature preserve and is very quite and layed back.

5th Lots of things to do in this area. Tennis courts onsite, swimming at the pool onsite, local beaches and Busch gardens.

This resort if wonderful for the nature lover. The pier is great for fishing or just watching the sea live float by. It is also a beautiful place to watch the sun set! You will not be bothered by crowds of spring breakers or noisey tourists. Sutherland Crossing is a great place to go, relax, enjoy the beautiful weather and sights. You are close to shopping if you wish or several beautiful state parks including Honeymoon State Park. A drive up north will take you to Homosassa Springs State Park and a visit with the manatees. A very short drive north will take you to Tarpon Springs or a short drive south will take you to Dunedin and Clearwater.

The three level individual houses are updated and very comfortable and clean. You may choose to sunbathe on the top level, hang out on the screened porch on the main level or grill and have a picnic on the bottom level. Each house is very private. Enjoy!

Eco-awesome........beautiful natural grounds, front row seats for the sunset over the Gulf. If you are into biking, kayaking or nature Sutherland is right up your alley. The Pinelas Trail is a 1/4 of mile away....bike to Tarpon Springs or Downtown Dunedin. Peaceful and wonderful.

March 31st, Easter Break. What a wonderful place, took the kids, and shared the week with my sister. Ages 13-21 Plenty of room for 8 people, and spacious to allow space for all.

Enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing environment, and enjoyed many of the amenities they provide, tennis, basketball, swimming, movies, ping pong, chess/checkers, fishing and nature walks. Great location to beaches, stores, Busch Gardens. Can't wait to return with husband for bike rides, kayaking, bird watching, tons of choices. We all enjoyed ourselves and the staff is the best, very helpful and available. Yes, the units could use some updating, but the comfort and peace are better to have. Glad we were able to enjoy this wonderful place, great memories with the family.

This resort was comfortable and roomy, but has not been fully refurbished since 1983. So, if you are looking for more than just comfort, this is not the place. The unit was clean and the staff was very friendly. The resort has a lot of pluses, and it's a shame that they don't spend the money to update the furnishings. It appears that they may have problems collecting maintenance dues in order to do the updates. Nice location and the view of St. Joseph's Sound off the pier is beautiful.

Wonderful staff, clean surroundings, great pool, perfect familly evironment, out of the hustle-bustle but close enough to the Tampa metro area so that everything is accessible withine 20 to 30 minutes. Separate Townhouse units make for a great low key and private vacaton.

Stayed here November 2002. Unit is a private cottage with 1400 square feet. Very nice! It has a large great room with a 32 inch television, a well equipped Kitchen, two bedrooms plus a bunkroom and a screened in porch. Can't wait till next November!
