Landmark Resort

Ths is a great resort. We have stayed here 3 times in the last four years. Each time in the summer (July). It is a bit older, but well kept. The pools are great. The staff is courteous. It has great views with sunsets of Lake Michigan (Green Bay side). The resort is on a bluff looking down to the bay, and the resort is surrounded by a golf course.

I stayed in a 1BR unit at the Landmark, and wanted to tell you about the resort. The Landmark has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, with either a water view, or a view of the woods.

Door county Wisconsin is a beautiful peninsula with Green Bay on one side, and Lake Michigan on the other. It is home to numerous antique shops, art galleries, and wonderful restaurants. There are also a couple of live theater companies, which present concerts and plays during the season. It is particularly beautiful in the fall, when a lot of the summer tourists have left. Many of the little towns in the county have festivals, and the local papers have all the information on various celebrations, concerts, ect.

The resort has a game room, one indoor and three outdoor pools, and there is a large Jacuzzi located in each of the four buildings. There is also a large lobby area in each of the buildings with a very large fireplace and furniture. We use this area to meet friends, and congregate for cocktails and hors ‘douervres before going out to dinner.

The staff is extremely friendly, the resort has an on site restuarant and lounge, with entertainment on some nights. There are also several tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court.

There are also gas grills and picnic tables scattered thru the property.

The entire resort has been updated, lobby areas, and rooms. Beautiful new furnishings!
