A great location, right on the Gulf, but being a former motel which was later "reinvented" as a timeshare facility, most of the units are of really TINY motel room size. Rebuilding of one section of the resort (the north wing) which was destroyed by fire several years ago has been completed, but legal issues with the insurance company (which apparently refused to pay for the reconstruction) are, unfortunately, still ongoing and unresolved at this time, resulting in continuous "special assessments".

The suite was a little small, but the location and the beach was WONDERFUL. There are a lot of activities going on all the time and it was the friendliest place I have stayed in a very long time.
