This is a "Friday to Friday" facility --- something which is highly unusual in this particular geographic area, where virtually ALL other facilities are "Saturday to Saturday". Mariner's Boathouse units are quite small and are oddly arranged inside, in an apparent effort to mimic the interior of a boat. The management company for this facility is VRI, which is one of the best in the business (in my opinion anyhow). This is a decent facility to visit via "exchange", but certainly not a "five star" resort --- not by any stretch of the imagination. Enjoyed our visit, but would not particularly want to actually own there...

Am an owner and am pleased with the maintenance. It sleeps six, although only one full bedroom but it also has bunks and a hideabed, and a second bath, all in a closed off section of the unit. Small, congenial owner base.
