We stayed there this year and had a great time. The thing I liked most about the room was by opening the sliding door I could listen to the surf all night. The fishing pier is just next door, the beach is clean and endless. The food within a short drive is great and across the road is a wonderful hotdog and beer place. It was quite, warm, and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We took a tour to Charleston and Georgetown. We looked at the plantations, and it is just apx 20 miles south of the busy beachs of Mrytle beach.

This is a great resort located right on the beach. Garden City Beach does not have the crowds of Myrtle Beach but is only minutes away from all the Myrtle Beach attractions. The resort management is friendly and helpful.
We had a great time here.
