Nice unit, bottom floor, very clean, bathroom was HUGE.. I skiied with my daughter (7) and nephews (12, and 16) at Butternut Basin, 5 minutes away. we loved it. Would have been nice to have an indoor pool but we had dinner, played a few games of pool and then conked out. We ended up buying a week so it is so close to skiing. Bought season passes for skiing, under 200 each.

Lot of good resturants and grocery store is right up the street.
