Depositing Weeks
How it Works:
It is NOT necessary to deposit your week until you have found the week you want to exchange for. Though, we do encourage submitting a free valuation request first, so you know what you can get for your week (free guest account required).
Getting and Accepting an Offer
Just tell us what you have to exchange and we will e-mail you with an offer of RedWeek Exchange Points. There is no obligation to accept our offer, but there are some important benefits of doing so.

Accepting an offer and depositing your week
You will have a limited time to accept a RedWeek Exchange Points offer for your week. If you choose to accept, you will be immediately assigned the RedWeek Exchange Points to use anytime within the following three years. -
Letting your offer expire
If your offer expires, you will need to submit a new valuation request when you are ready to exchange. Please note: the unit you want cannot be placed on hold for you during the re-valuation process. We cannot guarantee that a week will still be available at the time your new offer is submitted. We also cannot guarantee that your week will be accepted - even if you had previously received an offer - nor that the RedWeek Exchange Points offered will be close in value to our original offer.
You may be notified after submitting your valuation request that we are unable to accept your week if we have reached our limits for your resort.
Rules for Depositing Your Week
Benefits of Depositing Early:
Lock in the highest point value we are likely to offer.
We have limits on units we'll take for a given week or a given resort. We cannot guarantee you will be able to deposit your week if you wait.
Ability to book your exchange immediately - no waiting for a new valuation. Don't risk someone else taking the week you want.
In order to submit a Valuation Request and deposit your week, you must have a full week (7 nights) reserved at your resort, that has not been committed to another party or exchange company. If you own at a points-based timeshare or vacation club, you will need to reserve a week before depositing with RedWeek, and should ensure your club permits the depositing of that week for exchange. Please note that we cannot accept weeks that have been reserved using RCI Points.
Maintenance fees and assessments must be current through the date of the deposited week. You may need to make arrangements with your resort to pre-pay these fees. We will confirm this with the resort when you deposit and may retract the assigned point values and reverse any commitments for exchanges made using the points received.

Please note that a RedWeek.com membership is not required to submit your valuation, but is required to complete the deposit. You must also retain your RedWeek.com membership until your exchange has been completed.
