Own for the Price of a Week's RentalEver considered buying a timeshare? Take advantage of the occasional over-supply of resales in many timeshare resorts that has led to some exceptionally low prices. Many units for resale on RedWeek.com can be purchased for close to the same price as RENTING a week! Of course, in doing so, you accept a reasonable annual maintenance fee, but the amount you save on vacations can be tremendous. Check out these resales and their comparable rental prices:
Exchange for a Mexican GetawayIt's never too soon to start planning that winter holiday vacation, and RedWeek Exchange has some amazing inventory that is available now and won't last long. Check out these one- and two-bedroom units in Mexico, starting at only 1,350 RedWeek Exchange Points:

With RedWeek Exchange, you can combine points to exchange for a higher-value week. If you're short a few points, you can purchase the difference as long as you have 50 percent of the required number of points (current rate is $1/point). Or, if you've deposited a high-value week, you can make more than one exchange reservation and "keep the change" for any unused points. Rental & Resale Offerings Now Easier to CompareTwo new bits of information were added to the rental and resale postings, making it easier for you to compare offerings. Owners can now specify their unit's view for both rentals and resales, and the season classification for their resale weeks. Once these details have been added, you can find them on the main resort page, allowing for quick comparisons. Please note: the season options for the owner to list are Low, Medium, High, and Varies. Some resorts might actually call their seasons Bronze, Gold, and Platinum, or something similar, so the owner will need to choose the best match. If you have any question about the season or view listed, please contact the owner for more details. Owners, simply edit your postings to add this valuable information for your buyers. RedWeek Receives Industry Innovator AwardAt this year's American Resort Development Association (ARDA) trade show in Las Vegas, RedWeek.com was awarded the Innovator Award for the new RedWeek Exchange Program during the Circle of Excellence (ACE) award ceremony. The ACE Innovator Award recognizes a company or individual who has successfully implemented a groundbreaking product, service or concept within the last three years. "With the launch of RedWeek Exchange, our goal was to provide timeshare owners a viable alternative to other exchange options at a lower cost and with complete exchange visibility," said Randy Conrads, RedWeek President and CEO. "Being honored with the ACE Innovator Award for this endeavor confirms that we are on the right track and that RedWeek Exchange is on its way to being a significant force in the exchange industry." |
