I am very unhappy with Diamond Resorts and was a new Sunterra ower. I have not paid the $70 fee and am being dunned by Diamond but when I call they just say that I can't sell my Resort and am ruining my credit. I am in the process of contacting an attorney and will update my post with any resuls that I find. I believe that a class action suit is in order. There are too many former Sunterra and Diamond owners not to take action. The only way that we are going to resolve this is to ban together.
