Rentals may be subject to a government fee of $3.00 USD per night, a $15 Levy fee and "timeshare taxes" that encompass a $9.50 per day fee for studios, $10.28 per day fee for one-bedroom units and $11.88 per day fee for two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
