Resale Value

I was referred to the same company & refused to pay the upfront fee so they said that they would take it out at closing. Never heard from them again

My boyfriend owns at PBSB. We are headed there today (whoo hoo!). Last year they tried to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom and it was very expensive. We would like to be able to take the kids. If we purchase a resell, do we take over the the maintenance fees? Are they the same for everyone? Is there someone we can talk to if buy a resell regarding how it all works?

If you purchase a resale you would take over the maintenance fees. They vary only by the unit size.
