    We bought the timeshare just after my daughter was born ( she is now 24) and our thought was to use it every year, which we did until my husband passed away. What sold us on the Timeshare was:

    1) The Playa Grande is on a private beach with 5 resort. We loved to walk the beach in the morning and evening.

    2) No vendors are allowed on the beach.

    3) The town is a walk away. If you wanted a taxi they are always available.

    4) We loved sitting on our wrap around deck and watching the sunrise and sunset. An added bonus was watching the whales, as well.

    5) The friends we made was was another draw. We looked forward to going every December.
