Per the owner: We bought this timeshare on our 1st honeymoon! It is now 26 years later and it is too difficult for me to do the flight to Hawaii. I am hoping someone out there would like to make new memories at this amazing resort! It is a deeded timeshare that we paid off long ago. It is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at in all of our years of travel and we have never regretted the purchase. I did reserve the next week in 2024, check in date is December 28th with checkout on the 1st of January 2025. We reserved the Guava building which is the most desired building because it overlooks Hanalei Bay and Bali High for sunsets. When you go from the airport to the room you actually pass a Costco and I'd recommend eating in some days just because the room has a balcony and will be more scenic than any restaurant you can go to on the island, seriously. Often you can ask for an extra day or two at a reduced rate. We will transfer the week as part of the sale since you will pay the 2024 maintenance fees, we are only asking for closing costs to be paid. This is a 5 star resort, if you google Hanalei Bay Resort all you will find on Yelp and other sites are only great reviews. The rooms were all renovated about 5 years ago and are all beautiful to stay in. The pool was also redone and is one of the nicest you'll see, it is a natural looking rock pool with waterfalls and little caves you can go in. There is a hot tub next to the pool. There is a swim up bar. Kauii has been our favorite Hawaiian destination because it is the least commercial, has the best beaches, and is the most lush and picturesque of all the islands. The Dolphin restaurant is a must go to. There is a hike we love that runs along the ocean and leads you to a private beach where you can cool off and take a swim before hiking back! You can snorkel right at the resort, there is a path that leads right down to the beach! Everywhere you walk at this resort you are surrounded by lush gardens and flowering trees, they do an excellent job of maintaining the grounds. They have tennis courts, my son got his first tennis lesson there and still plays to this day. It is in Princeville which is our favorite part of the island, it is the most beautiful with a very quaint town with shops and restaurants.
