Per the owner: The 2900 points can be used at any of seven Villa Group resorts in Mexico, or with a membership in Interval International, they can be traded for use at many other resorts around the world. 2900 points are flexible use. They can be used for a one week stay in a two-bed, two and a half bath unit in the winter high season ( November to April), or they can be used for nine nights in the same unit in the summer season. They can also be used for smaller units and longer stays: eg one bed, one and a half bath unit for 12 nights in the summer season, and they can be banked for a year to accumulate points toward a longer stay. The half bath described is really a shower bath, I.e. vanity, toilet and shower. Also, the two bed unit contains three beds, two Queen and one king, in addition to a pull-out or Murphy queen, plus a full kitchen and a kitchenette. The view varies by availability, from garden to ocean. Also, all seven resorts are family friendly, luxurious and highly rated by Trip Advisor, etc. —- They are located in Cabo, Cancun, Loretta and Puerto Vallarta. Per the owner: We remember that each time we added points, we were impressed with the luxury of the accommodations, how well furnished and equipped, with a first class spa and fine restaurants on property. Added to daily maid service, great family entertainment, beautiful pools and beaches, we really liked the flexibility of using our annual points at any time of year, at any one of seven beautiful locations in Mexico, always with the option of banking points for longer stays and/or trading our points for use at hundreds of resorts worldwide through Interval International.

Per the owner: The Two-bedroom units have a full kitchen, with stove and cooktop, PLUS a kitchenette in the lock off unit that serves as the second bedroom.
