Harborside Resort at Atlantis

Week #25, Saturday, June 20-27, 2026, is the most popular, highest demand week at this resort, particularly for families with school aged children, including college students.

My unit ownership is unique from others at Harborside in that it is a specific guaranteed unit that I own annually in Phase 1, on the third floor, unlike other advertised units that have no specific location or view to offer at this resort. This unit has a direct, unobstructed third floor water front view of the Atlantis complex, looking across from the mega yacht mooring harbor.

It has a huge furnished balcony off its main living section side and another furnished balcony on the guest side. The unit opens into one interconnecting condo, with a separate keyed entry door for the guest side and has a separation door inside from the main side that can be left open by choice or closed at night, or at any other time. This unit has an enormous main kitchen, dining, and living area with a king bedroom, whirlpool tub and shower, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa. The guest side also has a king bedroom, full but smaller kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a sleeper sofa. The entire unit is very fashionably decorated. There also is a bonus small bathroom off the main side kitchen area. There are flat screened TV's in both living areas, along with telephones, DVD', etc. As many as eight people can be accommodated in the entire unit.

This unit is within a few steps from the resort's main outdoor swimming, wading, and entertainment pool complex. All guests have free access to the Atlantis complex's water park areas featuring 11 pools, a zero entry pool, world famous water slides, three white sand beaches, the renowned underground "dig" with interacting marine exhibits and fish feeding experiences.

The resort has a modern, free fitness facility and offers free movies in the Atlantis complex. The Atlantis facility is within an easy walking distance from your condo building, but, also, there are free, roundtrip shuttle busses to the complex. You also are just steps away from the casino, Marina Village shopping center, fabulous restaurants, and nightly entertainment, including Junkanoo street performances.

You are just a short water taxi or land taxi ride to the dock of downtown Nassau which features the world renowned Straw Market, along with restaurants, entertainment venues, horse and buggy rides, and discounted street retail stores.

It is important for you to know that you cannot be relocated from this specific condo, and my rental fee is far more competitive than other advertised two bedroom lock off units, because other resort unit owners cannot guarantee a specific unit, in a specific building in Phase 1 of the resort, and on a specific floor.

Resort personnel also are ready to assist you with your grocery shopping needs, island excursions, and tours you may want to take, as well as golfing opportunities at the amazing Ocean Club Golf Club.
