Annual 2BR Lock-Off, cabin unit, 1390 total sq. ft., Platinium Floating Red week, 10-52 (based on availability). Interval International 5 Star resort, located on 145 beautiful acres, convenient to all Branson has to offer. King bed in Master BR, Jacuzzi tub in Master BA, King bed in 2nd bedroom, Full Kitchen, Large Dining Rm, Fireplace in Great RM, Washer/Dryer in unit.
After 15 years of ownership and many wonderful vacations there as well as great exchanges, health issues force us to sell our unit.
Excellent week for Interval International or RCI exchanges. Closing costs and Resort Transfer fee will be "PAID BY THE SELLER". Closing and title transfer will be handled by Timeshare Transfer, Inc. All 2019 maintenance fees and taxes are paid and up to date. Title guaranteed to be free and clear. Purchasers usage will start with the 2020 week. Purchaser's total cost will be $1.00.
