I ALSO HAVE WEEK 11 AVAILABLE IN THE SAME VILLA WITH A SATURDAY CHECK IN. BUY BOTH BACK TO BACK WEEKS FOR $3500! This is one of eight, very spacious one-bedroom villas that are called "Reef Suites", that actually overlooks the coral reef. The view is to die for and the large balcony is very private.

The villa has a large master bedroom and bathroom. The open plan living/dining room, with flat screen TV, conveniently doubles as a second bedroom with an extra large queen size sofa bed. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 in privacy. The villas have daily maid service. The Reef Suites are very convenient to everything, only a short walk to the all restaurants, entertainment and the main pool which overlooks the ocean.

The villa has a well-equipped kitchen to allow self catering. The local supermarkets provide an extensive choice of well priced produce, groceries and drinks. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a large balcony (with patio furniture) practically overhanging the ocean.

The resort has four restaurants offering a wide variety of excellent food. There is an OPTIONAL all inclusive package for owners if you so desire. The St James Club was just named as one of the top 25 all inclusives in the entire Caribbean. Just added this year is a fantastic coffee shop with different pastries every day and any coffee drink you desire. As an owner you get a highly reduced rate on the food plan. The St. James Club is a member of the Caribbean's "Elite Island Resorts"

Rent a car and explore this amazing island that has 365 beaches! At the resort enjoy the 2 amazing beaches, 5 swimming pools, grass tennis courts, a beautiful new workout center and a wide selection of water sports including Hobie Cat sailboats, kayaks and paddle boards (which are all included free of charge). For families with children there is a Kids and Teens club that provides excellent care and activities throughout the day.

You will enjoy a Manager's Welcome Party and another special party just for owners. The timeshare manager is very flexible and will let you change your weeks (except the month of Feb) and even carry over a week to the following year.... so 1 week every year or 2 weeks every other year. You will also fly into Antigua's brand new beautiful airport. FYI, The St James Club was not affected by either Hurricane Irma or Hurricane Maria.

LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION! We use to own 2 wks in a 2 BR but when a 1 BR Reef Suite became available, we grabbed it. You have vaulted ceilings, total privacy, a constant breeze on the balcony and is much more convenient to everything the resort has to offer. Weeks 10 and 11 (early March) are a great time to go to Antigua! You can also exchange for other resorts throughout the world with Interval International Exchange Company. Check it out at First use week is March 2021. However I'm sure you could accelerate one or both weeks if you wanted to go in 2020.
