Per the owner: We bought our Marriott Desert Springs Villas II way back in 1995. We have enjoyed it fully all these years. One of our favorite times of year to use it has been Thanksgiving week in Palm Desert with friends and family. We bought it not only because we love the Palm Desert area, but also because of it’s amazing trade value with Interval International. We have visited so many places. Some of our favorites have been Marriott Marbella in Spain, Marriott Frenchman’s Cove in St. Thomas, Oyster Bay in St. Maarten, Morritt Grand Resort in Grand Cayman, Wyndham Reef Resort in Grand Cayman, Marriott Aruba Ocean Club, and Marriott Ocean Pointe in Palm Beach Florida. We have never had any trouble getting our trades. The reason we are selling is because we recently retired and decided to spend more time staying put in Palm Desert. We just bought a condo there, so our days of wandering are more limited. If you love the desert and also love to try new places this timeshare is for you!
