Per the owner: The Vail area is a great place for a multitude of summer activities: hiking, fishing, mountain, road, and hard surface biking, river rafting, horseback riding, 4-wheel and ATV, music concerts, golf, tennis, shopping, reading a good book next to Gore Creek, people watching, geocache hunting, etc.

The choice of restaurants seems almost endless and covers a wide range of food types and prices. Our grand kids have a great time at the various playgrounds and parks. They also have a great time at the Adventure Park on Vail Mountain.

Eagle Point is well maintained and kept very clean. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, hot tub, and Jacuzzi are nice attractions. The upper deck offers BBQ grills and picnic tables for guests to use.

We researched the history of the annual maintenance fee and found that they were reasonable and did not increase by outrageous amounts. Annual increases seemed reasonable. That said, we felt that Eagle Point provided good value for the price. Currently, we get a two bedroom/two bath condo for a week of our choice (except the fourth of July) during the summer for about $137 a night. Hard to beat!

The ownership is a deeded floating fractional estate that provides the owner with an annual usage. Annual ownership can be converted into points through Interval International. The Eagle Point Resort condos have very high point values that can be traded for time at other world wide locations through membership in Interval International. The two bedroom units are listed for $1,800 on the Eagle Point web site.We have decided to sell our summer week and continue to use our fall week.
