The Tide Pool will be closed for refurbishment through August of 2019. The Catalina Pool and the Canyons Pool remain open for guest use.

Marriott Newport Coast does not guarantee any owner or guest a specific unit view. Units and views are assigned at check-in. In addition, not all buildings have elevators.

No mid-stay housekeeping will be provided for stays of 7 nights or less. A complimentary cleaning will be provided on stays of 8 nights or longer. The following fees will be charges for guests requesting the following services during their stay: Linen change: $30.00. Tidy clean: $50.00 Full clean: $105.00.
