PER OWNER: My husband and I enjoy traveling and have traveled extensively within the USA and some parts of Central America. We were attracted to Belize when we lived in the Midwest because of its beauty and adventure. We had free flying privileges half way to Belize City and it was a convenient playground for family vacations. We bought some property on Ambergris Caye in 1998 and traveled every year for adventure and vacation. We needed a home base, since our property was not developed we stayed at Captain Morgan’s one of our trips down to Belize. Captain Morgan’s made us feel at home on the island of Ambergris Caye because everyone is friendly and helpful and it is an all-inclusive resort with a beautiful property and outstanding services. They took excellent care of all of our needs. And in 2004 we bought a one bedroom timeshare and in 2005 bought a two bedroom timeshare which allows us to stay 1 week with the full two bedroom unit and sleeps up to 8 or two weeks using the lock off unit. It’s not only a beautiful property it has everything you’ll need right there on site, such as a grocery store, gift shop, laundry, restaurant and beach bar, pools and grilling areas, spa with exotic skin care items and even a Casino. The concierge service can book all diving, fishing and sightseeing tours. They rent bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, golf carts and can call you a taxi for a trip into town. Captain Morgan’s crew and family go out of their way to help you relax away from home and it feels like a second home. The best part is they can arrange transportation, such as book you on a flight from mainland to the island or arrange that a golf cart be waiting for you or even put a case of Belikin beer in your beach house refrigerator. The Belizean people are warm and friendly and speak English. The property is well maintained and the decor is exotic and beautiful. The only reason we are selling is because we are now retired and living on the west coast and Belize is not convenient for us to travel to at this time. While staying on the island of Ambergris Caye you can also travel to surrounding islands or the mainland which also has outstanding sightseeing spots. Throughout Belize we had excellent cuisine where ever we went. Buying this timeshare through Redweek is a wonderful opportunity to go on an exotic vacation adventure every year with the opportunity to experience something different every time you vacation.

*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
