Per the estoppel: This is a 2-story 1700 square foot unit with view of red rock plateaus that sleeps ten.

Per the owner: There are three patios and one balcony. On patio in front for each of the two lock-offs, and one in the back of the living room slider; as well as a balcony upstairs off the master bedroom.

What sold us on Sedona Springs were many things coming together. Since we retired in 1991 we have divided our time between Seattle and Tucson, and Sedona is one of the most beautiful areas in Arizona within easy reach. We had camped next to the gorgeous Oak Creek riparian area extensively and taken many of the marvelous hikes among the Red Rocks. So when the grandchildren were small we wanted more than a campsite as a destination for an annual family vacation. When we visited Sedona Springs Resort in the springtime more than two decades ago, we looked out our unit and were captured by the incredible view of the brilliantly lit Red Rocks! Our unit being so spacious with the lock-off feature and all the Gold Crown amenities fit the bill. With its high drawing power we paid $13,500 as I recall and joined RCI so we could trade for other resorts over the years from New York City to San Diego and Maui as well as Fiji and Australia. We have had over twenty trades, either using two separate weeks in two smaller units that would sleep four or as one week that sleeps eight to ten.

TWO BEDROOM LOCK-OFF UNIT - Can be exchanged through RCI for TWO WEEKS that sleep four, in hundreds of resorts all over the world.
