One-bedroom villas and up also feature balconies and wood-burning fireplaces, while three-bedroom villas even come complete with in-suite washer and dryer.

    Falcon Point is adjacent to Nottingham Park and Lake, where numerous activities await year-round. In addition, guests will enjoy near-immediate access to the Beaver Creek and Vail resort areas for plenty of top-notch skiing. Other favorite winter activities include ice-skating, snowmobiling and even sleigh rides. In summer, golf, biking, horseback riding, rafting, tennis, hiking, and fishing can be enjoyed nearby just minutes from Falcon Point.
