Per the owner: Mabula is home to the Big 5 famous animals plus hundreds more in a magnificent game farm resort north of Johannesburg. From Oliver Thambo international airport it is about 1.5 hours drive. The reserve is Malaria free as compared to the famous Kruger National Park. All game drives are on land rovers and have a game warden on each drive to track animals and share information. The wines are magnificent and living abroad one can appreciate to pay $3 a glass for an award winning wine is worth owning the time share alone! We have owned 3 huts over the years, space banking has been excellent given the red week and we travelled the US with our points.

This resort is one of South Africa's largest game lodges and offers spacious accommodation - mostly self-catering - overlooking hippo pools near the resort's attractive hotel complex (restaurant, bar, conference and recreation facilities) as well as in bush camps further afield. Game drives (some free) are daily fare, guided by expert trackers.
