  • Alii Kai Resort

    Princeville, Hawaii

The Alii Kai Resort is located in the prestigious resort community of Princeville, atop a soaring bluff overlooking the endless Pacific Ocean and surrounding Kauai landscape. During your stay at Alii Kai Resort, you can savor the stunning hilltop and ocean views from the grounds, barbecue under the sun, relax by the sparking pool or participate in a staggering array of scheduled resort activities.

The Alii Kai Resort offers beautiful, two-bedroom timeshare units that sleep up to six. Each unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, private lanai, full-size sleeper sofa in the living area and in-room washer/dryer. The mood is set by tropical decor and furniture accented by upscale detailing like granite countertops and glossy hardwoods.

While in Kauai, there's shortage of adventure to be had. Here, you can swim in the vast Pacific Ocean, or go sport fishing, surfing, snorkeling or scuba diving among the azure waves. Whale watching is a popular attraction in the cooler months. Back on dry land, go hiking, golfing, biking, take a helicopter tour of the island or feast at an authentic luau. Princeville itself offers a number of entertainment spots, shopping, and fine dining establishments within the city proper.

Not as new (or nice) as Alii Kai II except the ocean views are better. The building exteriors need some work.
