    * New Year's week reserved, Dec 26, 2021 to Jan 2, 2022.

    * $1111 Maintenance Fee for 2022 Due Jan 1st, required for this year's week. There are pros and cons to owning a timeshare. The pros are that you get a week every year and you can trade it if you want, the con is that there is a yearly maintenance fee that goes up a little, 2-3%, every year and you have to pay it if you want to use or trade your week.

    * There are typically 2 costs to own a timeshare week, the cost to buy the deed, a 1-time cost, and the recurring annual maintenance fee. Last year the fee was $1111 and it does go up slightly every year. It's a recurring fee that is the same for all owners. This is your annual cost for a week at the Ridge View, and you can use it or rent it out, or both. It's your week and you get to pick the dates you want. We have reservations for New Years week but this can be changed and we can help with the process.

    Amazing views of Lake Tahoe! 1 Bedroom, Condo type, timeshare, Sleeps 4, King bedroom + Queen sofa bed in living room with full kitchen. Next to Heavenly, 5 minute bus ride to Heavenly Ski Resort (Located between Stage Coach Lift and Boulder Lodge Ski School and Lifts). Great location for winter sports or fun in the snow. BBQ, Jacuzzi, and Sauna on the roof with a $1Million View. Floating Winter Season Week with weeks 50-52, and 1-15 to choose from. We typically reserve New Years week and have this year reserved for Dec 26, 2021 to Jan 2, 2022.

    We are selling the deed (ownership) for $222 total including all costs, we paid $1000's, can't use it anymore. We will transfer the deed with the county once we receive a $100 deposit. All maintenance fees are fully paid and up to date, next Maintenance Fee will be billed in December 2021, and due January 1, 2022. Next week of use is scheduled for Dec 26th, 2021. This can be changed with at least 8 days advanced notice.

    My wife and I have owned for many years and we will process this sell privately, covering the costs of the county deed transfer. First step will be to draft and agree on a purchase agreement and next the $100 deposit. Please email us with any questions.

The "Main Resort" pool and luxury SPA are located at the top of the hill with the other Ridge timeshares, I recommend you tour the club house and check it out in person. 5 min drive up the hill from the Ridge View building. Free Shuttles available to and from the main campus of "The Ridge Tahoe"

    Amazing views of Lake Tahoe make The Ridge View resort one of the most spectacular on the mountain. From your living room enjoy views of the breathtakingly blue lake and surrounding mountain landscape. The Ridge View is part of The Ridge Resorts family of Tahoe resorts that includes The Ridge Pointe, The Ridge Crest, and The Ridge Tahoe, an 11-acre hotel resort with fabulous on-site amenities.

    The Ridge View features one-bedroom bi-level, flats, and loft style timeshare accommodations. Bi-level units offer a bedroom downstairs and two bathrooms. Flat units have one bedroom and one bathroom all on the same floor. Loft units have a bedroom upstairs and two bathrooms. Each unit is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa in the living area, and queen bed in the bedroom. The property features a laundry area on the third floor, and an outdoor BBQ area and jacuzzi on the top floor.

    Guests at The Ridge View are welcome to use all the facilities at The Ridge Tahoe and Ridge Club. The Ridge Clubhouse is home to the Hungry Bear Restaurant, featuring a fabulous dining experience in a casual atmosphere. The restaurant serves steak, seafood, pasta, and more to be enjoyed by the whole family. The Clubhouse is also home to The Ridge Club Deli, and a full service spa. Amenities include a fully equipped health club, two racquetball courts, indoor/outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzis, indoor sports complex, video arcade, games room, playground area, and outdoor tennis courts.

    Surrounded by mountains, Lake Tahoe sits in a valley at an elevation of 6,229 feet. It is the highest lake of its size in the United States, and is the third deepest lake in North America. This breathtakingly blue lake is so clear that in some places objects can be seen to depths of 75 feet.
