Per the owner: One of the main attraction for our Kingsland timeshare was that Hawaii continues to be a very popular destination. HGVC has the Name brand recognition that offers the owner the assurance of a higher standard and we had an opportunity to see that through Hilton brand all over the world (through vacation exchange) That we wouldn’t have gotten to see without our timeshare. So we’re not stuck with the resort we bought with. It gave us the opportunity to see other Hilton resorts. We also liked the option if we didn’t use our week, we can rent out, convert our points, trade for another resort. We thought when our kids got older, we didn’t want to be in cramped one hotel room with 1 bath vs timeshare unit is a 2 bed unit that can accommodate for larger families. (Fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, laundry)
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
