    ADDITIONAL DETAILS FROM THE OWNER:

This property has a very luxurious feel. Many of the other properties in the Breckenridge area are really starting to show their age, so Grand Timber Lodge always felt newer and a little more modern. GTL also has amazing amenities – the indoor/outdoor pool area, for example is a wonderful place to enjoy the best of Breckenridge any time of the year. While the Lodge isn’t ski-in/ski-out, it is on the free bus route which makes getting to and from the slopes simple. Further, it’s just a very short walk to the downtown area, which is really the heart and soul of this very vibrant mountain resort. If you live in Colorado, it’s easy to take advantage of the free parking privileges and Bonus Time opportunities offered in addition to your ownership week. If skiing or riding aren’t your thing, Breckenridge offers numerous other winter activities, or go to Breck in the summer – it’s actually our absolute favorite time to visit. The crowds are much smaller, the scenery is stunning, the town is just as vibrant, and the opportunities to enjoy the outdoors are even more plentiful – biking, hiking, rafting, etc!
