    Per the owner: One of our main likes is that it is an “end” unit with one entry from the garage and a second entry up a few outside steps that enters in to the landing of the stairs.

    The view is AWESOME off the living room, dining table area and outside balcony.

    We’ve never used the living room sofa as a bed, but the three bedrooms (queen upstairs another queen downstairs and two twin downstairs) are perfect for a family of six or to be shared by three couples.

    Our unit is across the driveway from the Goldpoint office, so very convenient to pick up or drop off keys or go for extra towels or ask questions about Breckenridge restaurants or shopping, etc.

    Having the timeshare during the third week in August is IDEAL summer weather for shopping or going to any summer activity in or around Breckenridge. (We have seen it snow a little once, so would advise taking along a sweatshirt or jacket!) Most times, the best thing is to layer as the daytime usually warms up.
