    Located in the scenic Catskill Mountains, Villa Roma Resort is the perfect destination for harried New Yorkers eager to leave the city or vacationers traveling from across the world. This have-it-all getaway features an on-site golf course, indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna, two heated outdoor pools, zero entry kids pool, game room, spa, fitness center, ski area and lift, ice rink, and much, much more.

    Each two- and three-bedroom villa is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen television and built in DVD player, dining area, jacuzzi style tub in master bath, and outside units with balconies overlooking the spectacular Catskill Mountains.

    Please Note: Maximum occupancy is reliant upon unit size, regardless of bedding configuration. Maximum occupancy is as follows:

    One-bedroom: up to 4

    Two-bedroom: up to 6

    Three-bedroom: up to 8
