    Per the owner: The best feature of our ocean front property is its proximity to the beach. Low or high you have the best view. When our kids were young we loved being up high where we could see everyone and everyone couldn't necessarily see us. Watch out for the naked babies! As our family aged we loved being down low to see folks up close. No waiting for the elevator when you can walk the stairs. The advantage we had from adding an ocean side was they could be arranged to be close to each other. Marriott personnel were always gracious at arranging our proximity. And when we had a crowd we were very graciously allowed to have a middle oceanfront with the larger patio. What's better than having a timeshare at the beach? Having two!
