This is a Every Other Year (Odd Years) Penthouse unit and guarantees top floor in this unit or 3rd floor. Unit 209 is a top floor unit and is one of our favorite rooms. We have been to Shearwater many times over the years.

We have booked the week of Oct 28, 2021 to November 4, 2021, but that can be changed based on availability. Generally, owners can make reservations 16 months in advance.

Wyndham Shearwater is perched on a bluff high above the pristine Anini Beach and these units command breathtaking panoramic views that stretch beyond Hanalei's romantic Bali Hai in the west, all the way to historic Kilauea Crater and Lighthouse in the east.

Shearwater is about 28 miles from the Lihue Airport and a 45 minute to an hour drive.

Buyer will pay closing costs (estimated $700) and reimburse seller for 2021 maintenance fees ($1,605).

COVID-19 Alert: Visitors must comply with Hawaii's Safe Travels Testing Program.

    Princeville, Hawaii

Wyndham Shearwater is set high upon a bluff overlooking pristine Anini Bay and features spectacular views, top-notch accommodations and a quiet location that still offers excellent access to the best of Princeville. The cliffside pool and spa is a sensory delight, and the resort's elegant clubhouse is the perfect reprieve from the Hawaiian sun. The beach is close by, or if you prefer freshwater, you can enjoy a dip in the on-site outdoor pool. Younger travelers will have a blast with Wyndham's signature “Play Days” activities program, while concierge is happy to help with any last-minute planning.

Each of Wyndham Shearwater's gorgeous two-bedroom villas feature fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances that include a Jenn-Air stove, microwave oven, blender, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Additionally, villas are decked out with three televisions, a stereo system, in-suite washer/dryer, and two therapeutic whirlpool tubs. Your private lanai offers a spectacular view of the azure ocean waters just beyond the resort.

Visitors yearning to experience the splendor of Kauai have no shortage of exhilarating opportunities to see the Garden Isle at its best. Get a bird's eye glimpse of Kauai from above with a helicopter tour of the island, hike the famed Na Pali cliffs, visit the lush yet mysterious Fern Grotto or try your hand at deep-sea fishing to reel in some truly surprising prey! Don't forget to reserve a bit of time for the traditional vacation pleasures like lounging on the beach, swimming in the pool, indulging in a nap, getting lost in a good book, or just "vegging out"!
